  System

Traction System: The primary function of the traction system is to generate and transmit power, enabling the elevator to operate. The traction system mainly consists of the traction machine, traction steel cables, guide sheaves, and counterweight sheaves.

Guidance System: The primary function of the guidance system is to restrict the degrees of freedom of the car and counterweight, ensuring that they can only move vertically along the guide rails. The guidance system mainly consists of guide rails, guide shoes, and rail supports.

The car: The car is the elevator component that transports passengers and goods—it serves as the working part of the elevator. It consists of a car frame and a car body.

Door System: The primary function of the door system is to seal off the landing entrances and the car entrance. The door system consists of car doors, landing doors, door operators, and door locking mechanisms.

Weight Balance System: The system’s primary function is to relatively balance the weight of the elevator car, ensuring that the difference in weight between the car and the counterweight remains within safe limits during operation, thereby maintaining proper traction drive performance. The system primarily consists of a counterweight and a weight compensation device.

Electric drive system: The function of the electric drive system is to provide power and enable precise control of elevator speed. The system consists of a traction motor, power supply system, speed feedback device, and motor speed-control unit, among other components.

Electrical Control System: The primary function of the electrical control system is to operate and regulate the elevator's movement. It mainly consists of operating devices, position display units, control panels (cabinets), leveling mechanisms, and floor selector switches, among other components.

Safety protection system: Ensures the safe operation of elevators and prevents any accidents that could endanger personal safety. It consists of an elevator speed governor, safety gear, rope sheaves, buffers, safety touch plates, landing door locks, elevator safety windows, an overload protection device, and limit switch mechanisms.
