After-sales Service Commitment
Regarding elevator after-sales service and maintenance-related work, we hereby make the following commitments (pre-sale, in-sale, and post-sale services):
1. Pre-Sales Service
(1) Provide timely technical product specifications and elevator drawings to support the owner’s sales planning efforts.
(2) Based on the owner's adjustment plan, promptly provide relevant technical and pricing information to serve as a trusted advisor for the user.
2. In-Sales Service
(1) Regularly monitor Party A's civil engineering shafts, and promptly communicate any issues discovered to Party A to minimize their losses.
(2) After product signing: Following contract review, drawings will be produced based on Party A's dimensions. Once confirmed as accurate, production will proceed according to Party A's specifications.
(3) Delivery: The supplier is responsible for the domestic transportation of all equipment, along with associated insurance, ensuring safe and damage-free delivery to the supplier’s construction site.
(4) All products provided and the installation expertise come directly from the manufacturer.
(5) The supplier will send a team of highly skilled installation technicians to the customer’s site for installation and commissioning.
(6) Responsible for counting and packing the components; if any parts are missing, promptly replenish them and obtain approval from the requesting party.
(7) Comply with the customer's safety regulations at the construction site and assume full responsibility for your own safety.
(8) Once installation is complete and approved by the national technical supervision authority, the equipment will be handed over to the buyer for use as per contract requirements.
3. After-sales Service
(1) Offering brand-new, high-quality products featuring the latest technology, meticulous manufacturing processes, and impeccable functionality—ensuring exceptional comfort, stable performance, minimal failure rates, and enabling quick, accurate adjustments and maintenance procedures.
(2) Our company provides all elevator installation and maintenance services. From the date of self-acceptance of the elevator installation—subject to approval by the Technical Supervision Bureau—the free maintenance period lasts for one year.
(3) With the exception of man-made damage, free repair and maintenance are provided for one year; thereafter, paid lifetime repair and maintenance services are available.
(4) Our company has launched a 24-hour emergency repair hotline—whenever we receive a maintenance call, we’ll arrive at the site promptly.
(5) Regularly dispatch specialized personnel to inspect, adjust, and lubricate the equipment, ensuring all elevators operate smoothly and providing periodic updates on the current status of each elevator.
(6) Each inspection and maintenance check must be accompanied by detailed maintenance records. Confirmation of each elevator maintenance task will be based on the signature of authorized personnel from Party A.
(7) For special projects, a project manager system is implemented, with dedicated personnel responsible for on-site maintenance and support work.
(8) Provide an annual comprehensive safety test to ensure the elevator passes inspection by the relevant authorities.
(9) The company headquarters maintains a spare parts warehouse to ensure an ample supply of genuine factory-approved components, enabling rapid response and maintenance services, and fulfilling our promise of offering a seamless, end-to-end service.
(10) Provide long-term elevator knowledge training, responsible for educating maintenance workers, and sign elevator maintenance contracts upon expiration of the warranty period.
4. Key Control Points in the Repair Service Process
(1) Critical Interruption Point: Power-Off Procedure – A "Do Not Close: Personnel Working" warning sign must be displayed, and tools with safety voltages of 36V or lower must be used.
(2) Component Inspection: Conduct insulation tests on core components such as the inverter and brake unit to prevent secondary failures caused by poor grounding.
(3) Fault Repair and Testing with Spare Parts Replacement: Prioritize the use of genuine spare parts backed by blockchain traceability to ensure compatibility and safety.
(4) Functional Testing: Slow-Speed Test: Operate the elevator at inspection speed, observing whether components such as the door operator and safety gear function in a coordinated manner.
(5) Express Train Testing: Simulate full-load conditions to verify leveling accuracy (error ≤ ±5mm) and ride smoothness.
(6) Work on the elevator car top: Ensure your standing position avoids the area where riders might straddle, and never let your body extend beyond the outer dimensions of the car to prevent collision with the counterweight assembly.
